"I have never met a ?Bethel? ever! Every time I go out somewhere after I order something and they ask for my name I always say ?Beth? just cause it?s easy to spell and it?s a more popular name. Nobody has ever spelled ?Bethel? correct anywhere I went to order something. Also, no one can ready pronounce the name. It?s hard for people to figure out what your name is. If you are named ?Bethel? then go by ?Beth? it?s easy!! I have a lot of nicknames :))" Sep. 8, 2018:
"Everyone always pronounces my name wrong, even when I say it to them first. They always say "Beth-ul" instead of "Bethel" (pronounced like "elle" at the end. People usually think I'm Jewish, but I'm not. I like having the name because not too many people have it. I couldn't imagine having to share my name with people I used to go to school with or work with. Most people named Beth or Bethany always tell me they wish they had a more original name like mine. I don't go by Beth, Bethel is too nice and short enough not to abbreviate." Mar. 19, 2008:
