"In 2007 We named our son Rocco ! What an awesome name! Now it just annoys me that more and more people followed ....." Jul. 15, 2017:
"We named our son Rocco. It was the only name that we both loved, loved the way it looked and the way it sounded. At first it felt like a big name for a little baby, our sweet baby Rocco. But, now that he is 2, he has completely grown into his name. We can't imagine any other name suiting our handsome, kind and oh so clever little Rocco." Sep. 11, 2016:
"Rocco is such a manly name, and suits the name for a kind, masculne, gentalman also, i love it." Feb. 19, 2010:

"I was named Rocco after my grandfather (Southern Italian tradition). In Italy it is a common name used in two regions in the South; Calabria or Puglia. No a common name used in italy anymore. If your name this in Italy, it will indicate to someone your a Southern Italian or named after someone. Growing up in America in a time when it was not "cool" to be Italian, people would crack on the name. Today thanks to Madonna naming her son Rocco the name popularity rose. Also, today being Italian is popular in the USA so naming your son child Rocco is a good choice. However, some people still have a tendency to name their dog Rocco (like bulldogs, boxers, doberman, mastiffs etc) because it's a masculine name." Apr. 5, 2015:
