Sometimes people get confused and spell it different (like Kaylee, Kailey, Kaleigh, or Kaileigh) or say it wrong (like Kylee/Kyley). There is a Kaylee and a Kyley in my grade and that just adds to the confusion. I am fifteen and I love my name. I have met someone with my name (same spelling and pronciation), she is older than me. She is a waitress at a Steak n Shake restaurant and I noticed her name on her nametag. Kailee can pronounced like Kaylee or like Kylee. My middle name is Arin (like Erin). When it is just Kai, it's pronounced (Ky) and Lee is prounouced (Lee). So why when you put the 2 together, does it become Kaylee? Makes absolutely NO sense. His mom & sisters middle name is kay & myself & most of my families middle name is lee. So, combine the two & you get Kailee. I like the spelling better this way than Kaylee. Her middle name Ruth comes in from his grandmother & great grandmother. I think that the name just fits together well like a puzzle!! Love the name & can't wait to hold her in my arms!!"
