"My name is Jeana and I?m 20 years old. People always spell it ?Gina,? mispronounce it as ?Jenna? and ?Je-anna,? and spell it with two n?s. Overall I?m proud to have a somewhat unique name, and I?ve really grown to love it over the years." Dec. 22, 2019:
"My name is Regina but I just go by Jeana :) and spell it of course with a J :) I like to be different" Jan. 3, 2014:
"OMG all these Jeanas on here I love it. I hate when people spell my name Gina or call me Gee-Anna...but it is the usualness of the name that throws them off. I was named after my grandmothere Jean and they added an "A" at the end. I love the uniqueness of my name and it fits my personality perfect!" Nov. 3, 2011:
"never met another jeana. hate when people say jee anna. i've gotten about every mispronunciation possible but i still like my name anyway. only other jeana i ever saw was the jeana on real houswives. people have been better over the past couple of years with pronunciations probably bc of so many ways to spell every name. its funny when i correct people they usually go" oh thats how i was gonna say it i just wasn't sure"" Apr. 2, 2011:
"My name is Jeana. I am 38 yrs old. I was named after my grandmother Emmajean, who went by Jean. I have only found a very few people who spell it this way. I love my name and have a major peeve about people saying/spelling it wrong. I hate people calling me Jenna or Jeannie or saying it like gee-anna and I hate the spelling G-i-n-a the worst." "My name is Jeana - I am 29 years old. I've never met anyone with the same name ...people alwaya misspell it...but that shows me who really cares enough to bother to spell it correctly." May. 18, 2007:

"I have been called everything but Jeana. Jenay and Jenaynay have been my favorite. We lived in San Francisco in the late 60's when I was born so it was considered a relatively normal name growing up in that area. When other kids are named things like Rainbow and Karma mine wasn't so bad. I have a difficult ethnic last name so the 2 together are a nightmare. As a professional adult I spend a good portion of my day spelling my name for people. I have people tell me I am saying it wrong and they refuse to call me Jeana and opt for Je-Ana, Jenna, Jenny, or Janeen. I once had a representative at my bank lock my account because she swore I was saying my first name wrong. I had to go into the bank and get the manager to unlock my account. I grown to hate the name and wish my mother would have stuck with her first choice of Eileen." Feb. 7, 2018:
"My name is actually Jeanaleah, but I always get called Jenna..." Sep. 4, 2014:
"My name is jeana and I want to meet some other jeana's" Jul. 14, 2014:
"This is my name, also pronounced like "Gina", and I'm 27. I've only met one other person with the same spelling, and I love having this name. It's just different enough to be somewhat unique without being weird." Sep. 24, 2009:
"We named our daughter Jeana 30 years ago...I loved it then and I love it now. Unfortunately, sometimes people pronounce it "Jenna" or "Jeanna" so I tell them her name is "Jean" with an "a" at the end. Also, it is often misspelled as "Gina." Anyway, it is a pretty name for a young girl or older woman." Feb. 10, 2007:
