No one can pronounce it correctly but they like it. I would like to know what middle names are out there? I cant even find where Anjanette Comer had a middle name. I love the name as an adult." "my name is also anjanette but... people sometimes are too tired calling me that so they start caling me Anjie too,it stared when my teacher had to students name jane and before i was called jane so she said "you no what jane I will call you jane and the other jane #me i'll call you anjie
#ALSO I KNOW THIS IS DUMB BUT WHEN I WAS LITTLE I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY GIRL CALLED ANJANETTE IN THE WHOLE WORLD" Apr. 25, 2018:
"This is my name, and I love it. However, I have gone by Anjie, AJ, and Anj. I was "Anjie" growing up, but switched to Anjanette when I went to college.
I have had many people take the liberty of calling me "AJ" to make it easier.
I generally like my name and that it is unique bit do get tired of having to say it twice (and spell
It) EVERY time I meet someone new!
Mostly, I am told that it is a beautiful name...
I have met 2 other Anjanette's.... All the same age, born in 1971, after actress Anjanette Comer starred in a movie." Sep. 15, 2016:
"When I was younger I hated my name because just as everyone else has said people don't say it properly...the one that really gets under my skin is anja-netty; REALLY?! I too go by Anjie, but regret that I started using the nickname as a child...I would much prefer Anjanette now :)" Jul. 6, 2013:
"' this is my name(anjanette) .. it was given to me by my mom because it was one of her favorite artists here in the philippines before .. some of those people mispronounced it ... my nickname is aj .. but others call me anja or anje ..actually ... the correct pronunciation of my name is " AN-JA-NET " however ' it's so SIMPLE , so i hate if they ddnt know the real accent of my name .. ..other people says its unique and cute .. well, i almost agree with that ,, :))" Nov. 12, 2010:
"This is my name, but spelled AnJeanette (My mom like the names Angela and Jeanette and put them together). As a kid I went by Anjie, because I hated how people butchered the pronunciation of my name. As I got older I got used to people having difficulty figuring out how to say it, and I find it humorous to hear their attempts. I get everything from "On-Juh-Nay" to "Ann-Gee-Uh-Netty". Now I LOVE my name. I get lots of complements on it and I feel it suits me better than "Anjie"." Jul. 17, 2010:
"This is my name, however I spell it this way...Anjannette. I often have to correct people on spelling and pernounceing it. I've never really liked the name but I often have people tell me how pretty and unique my name is. Since no one can ever say my name correct I have been going by the name Angie since Jr. High." Jan. 14, 2009:
"THIS IS MY NAME BUT, I ONLY HAVE ONE "T" . IT IS ALWAYS SPELLED WRONG. PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS TELLING ME HOW PRETTY IT IS AND THAT THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD IT BEFORE. I LIKE MY NAME AND THAT IT IS NOT POPULAR. WHEN I NAMED MY BABY I GAVE HER A NOT SO POPULAR NAME BUT, ONE THAT PEOPLE HAVE HEARD BEFORE." Jan. 22, 2007:
