"My grandgrandson is named Reece. I always loved the name Rhys and my grandson asked which name would be the best in my opinion for his son, so I told him that Rhys or Reece. So now I have grandgrandson with the name Reece. This name is also an act of honour for our Welsh heritage. I think Reece fits this boy perfectly. A few months ago Reece told me that girls love him and follow him wherever he goes not only because of his appearance (he is really handsome young man) and even not only for inteligence, but also because of his name. It's really handsome name so they are right :)" Nov. 1, 2015:

Hi, I?m 16 years old currently and my name is Reece. It is pronounced as it sounds. however sometimes people call me Reec-eeeeee. They say the (e) at the end when it is actually silent. Nobody anywhere ever in the world has EVER spelled my name correctly. They always spell it like (Ree(s)e) when it should be spelled as Ree(c)e funny thing is, growing up my parents and cousins called be Reec(eeee) - Not making the name silent. Funny enough my cousins from Arizona just found out only a year ago that my name wasn?t Reec(eee) it was just Reece!😂😂" Jul. 21, 2018:
"My firstborn son is Reece, and he gets compliments a lot. It is manly and not very common where we live. I wanted to spell it "Rhys" but my hubby refused. He actually wanted to spell it "Rece" like the guy on ESPN! We both liked "Reese" but agreed that it looks so feminine. Anyway, the spelling Reece ended up being a good choice because it looks masculine and never gets mispronounced. Very nice boy name!" Apr. 13, 2012:
"I know a dude who spells his name Rhys. So I find it strange when people spell it 'Reece'. Some people do sometimes call him rice though!" Apr. 6, 2007:
