"This is my son's name and I absolutely love it. In the Uk may people struggle to spell and pronounce it as it is not very common. However this doesn't change my lobe for the name and I hope my son will grow to love his name." Sep. 22, 2019:
"This is my name. It is an old name and as such it has many pronunciations, the native language of the person pronouncing it determines whether or not it's being mispronounced. I personally favor the Spanish pronunciation. The only other person that I've met with the name is my father, the only other person I've known with that name is one of the roommates on one season of MTV's The Real World. I'm not sure why it's spiked in popularity, but I've known people to name their children Nehemiah after hearing and liking my name..." Aug. 11, 2008:

"I like the name Nehemiah only because it is a name from my family in the 1800's. I may possibly use it as a middle name for a boy. Does anyone know why the popularity of Nehemiah suddenly jumped in the past 10 years?" Mar. 30, 2008:
