  • "This is my son's name and as of yet we haven't met anyone else with it. There are a few times where people have trouble with the pronounciation. They say Armond (like almond) instead of the a sound. This is to be expected with any name that's unique. Love my son's name and wouldn't change it to anything else."   • "I was born in 1936 as the first grandson on my mother's side, therefore, in my opinion, why the name began with A. During my 31 years in the Army, I was called by my last name mostly but, at one point, someone started to call me "Lee", short for my last name. I still use that name now.
