Comment left Jun 24, 2008: "ok so i'm 15 for now and everyone always tells me that my name is "such a pretty and unique name", but I dont think so... but I do like my middle name which is Amaris and I feel that that describes my personality a little better cuz im very...eccentric and original...getting back on track, yes I have met a couple of people with my name but I didn't like them because they were very catty girls and I'm not and not many people say it correctly so I just tell them to call me Yessi( duh its easier)not a person but me can spell it right though, it seems. I don't know what to do with it... people think i'm white so when they here my name they finally realize I'm hispanic...I guess thats the only really hispanic part of me besides speaking, writing, and reading my own language." Almost everyone I know pronounces my name wrong i am shock when someone gets it right. People also tend to spell it Yesenia.
