I have not met another Saige that has been spelled the same as mine. I always have people who tell me that my name is very pretty. I love the Name! Sept alot off people call me paige or stage! I always here people say they love my name. but everyone i know with the name Saige is a guy! but oh well thats the price i pay for having an awsome name! I do get joked on though. but i learned to joke back about myself to make myself feel better. When someone calls me like a spice or something I say "yep i sure am spicy" everyone with the name saige should try it.

We both loved it's meaning wise, being a herb, and the colour! We have also had people call her Paige and spell it Sage, but most love her name(& her!)and a few have named their daughters Saige after meeting her. We always say that Saige is true to her name...wise(and caring)beyond her years!!!

My wife heard the name Sage years ago and liked it ever since. The alternate spelling (Saige) was my contribution. I like the name Paige, but our last name starts with a "P" and we thought that might sound funny. We wanted a name that was distinctive, yet not designer. Well OK, maybe it's a little designer. But with less than 2,300 others with that name in the last almost 130 years, I'd say it's still fairly uncommon.
