I am SO happy we decided to name her Reese.........everyone we know LOVES it, and it fits her perfectly. My husband and I wanted a unique, but not weird, name........Reese was a perfect fit! :)" (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Oct 20, 2009: "My daughters name is Reese Olivia. We chose that name because it stands out as a girls name, its strong, and it is very pretty! It may be more popular as a boys name but why name your child like everyone else is?! Thats one of the reasons it came to us, because it was more of a boys name, but becoming more of a girls name." Comment left Nov 10, 2008: "Sounds more like a boy name sorry it just sounds boyish to me" (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Nov 06, 2008: "This is my youngest daughters name and I love it, but it is becoming more common. She was named after my grandfather, so yes, I know it is a boy's name (Rhys, I believe, it the original spelling). Both of my girls have one of their grandmothers' names, and I wanted Reese for the middle of our first (Isabel) but didn't because her initials would have been IRS.
Reese is fiery and ardent, so it suits her, and I am proud to use a famliy name as he was my favorite grandparent." (Report as inappropriate)

Comment left Jan 07, 2007: "My daughter's name is Teresa (family name) and we call her Reese for short. I read that it is a boy's name but it can be used for either gender, like many names in the US. It is a very cute name for a girl!" (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Dec 28, 2006: "Reese an awesome name for a boy, and I'm very sad parents have used it for girls. Also, the spelling, originally, and the one I prefer, is Rhys." (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Nov 29, 2006: "This is our little girl's name. My name is MacKenzie, so I enjoy names that are unique, yet feminine. It doesn't matter what your name is...it always ends up fitting the person. Her full name is Reese Catherine and we all think it's lovely." (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Nov 16, 2006: "i love the name Reese for a little girl. All of the other names I like....Kaitlyn, Natalie, Abigail, Gabrielle...they are too popular. Reese is very pretty and isn't every little girls name." (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Jun 04, 2006: "My boyfriend's name is Reese. It is Welsh, meaning "fiery and ardent". It is a boy's name. I love the name it is so sexy and special. I am proud to introduce him to friends and family, just speaking that name." (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Apr 24, 2006: "Our baby girl's name is Ryese Layne - and it fits her. I'm happy to know that I've not found another with the same spelling - a design intention for uniqueness. It matters not what you name your child - as all children are unique." (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Mar 07, 2006: "We named our daughter Reese and everyone loves it. Who cares if it is a boys name it is spelt different so who cares if you like then that is all that matters. Our daughter full name is Reese Pearl and we LOVE it." (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Nov 14, 2005: "Reese is a boy's name. Sorry. I'm not sure why people keep naming girls after boys. Lots of pretty girl names out there to choose from." (Report as inappropriate)
