There is a music teacher at my school that shows up 15 to 20 minutes late for music class, but accuses students if they are only 5 minutes late. That is annoying! That name was so popular around the forties. The people by that name that I know were born around the fifties and sixties, never met any that were yunger. In my oppinion, the name stinks. It almost sound like the word nasty if you change two of the letters. A person misunderstood me when I said Nancy Drive, a name of a street, she thought I said nasty drive. I don't think I would name a child that name. They drive about a hundred on the highway, and one Nancy got a few speeding tickets. Thats all." (Report as inappropriate)

Then about 25 years ago I started meeting them. There was a Golden Book "Nurse Nancy" it came with a band-aide.
One day at work at the change of shift
we had 4 Nurse Nancys in one room. We spanned 3 generations in age.
I have a daughter-in-law Nancy. There are other Nancys in her family. I have a GGreat Aunt Nancy b.1857. I seem to meet Nancys every where I go. I have liked them all.
