I hated it when i was little because every one would always say, "I've never heard that name before". Over the years the only thing that bothers me is when i introduce myself and i get a confused look back and they reply "Needy"??? But now I love that when I hear my name I know they're talking of me compared to the two dozen "Emilys" or "Ashleys" in the room.
