She had never before heard of someone with my name. I've actually only met about 3 other kaleys (but not spelled k-a-l-e-y). I was born in 91.
The only people who say it wrong when sounding it out are those who speak primarily Spanish. Those people end up saying k-ah-LAY [ah is pronounced like when the doctor says to open wide and say ah]. Actual pronounciation of Kaley is "KAY-lee" not "kay-LEE"
