Comment left Feb 22, 2009: "My name is Catrina and I love it. I have never met anyone with my name. I do get my name misspelled quite a bit. Everyone wants to spell it with a "K". I have no idea why??? Even when I tell them "C" majority of the time they still write "K". Bugs me to no end. I don't usually have people pronounce it wrong.

Also, When I meet people I usually have to say my name more than once since it has 3 syllables I think it may be kinda hard for people to understand me! But, other than that its a good name!!!" My sisters had names like Mary, stacy,and Ashley so I always felt different. Now that I'm in high school I love it. When someone mentions catrina, i'm the only one in my town with that name so everyone knows that its me. I love being different! And as far as the pencils go, they have there where you can make your own name, so I don't sweat it. Most people spell my name with a K but it's aight, everyone still knows who I am and I've even adopted the nickname CAT......Thanks Dad for not letting mom name me something "normal"" (Report as inappropriate)
