I think although I was as clever and witty as a fox I hadn't matured into myself fully and didn't make an impact re first impressions which were set in their ways. But now in full adult Toddhood, my/our name sticks extremely well with whoever I meet in both the short and longterm.

Comment left Jul 23, 2010: "All my life i have been mistakenly called Scott from relatives, bosses and teachers. I love it when someone says when i've corrected them - oh, you look like a Scott. Oh really! I have even had to resort to a Hello My Name Is Tag when i was dating my wife cause her family couldn't get my name straight. I realized how common it was when I was at an event and there were 3 Todd's at the same table and I asked them if they've ever been called Scott. We all shared the same stories. I think the brain does tricks with the "ah" sound and the double t and double d.

People go to Scott if they don't hear Todd clearly and their brains just go to the more common "Scott." I love my name. HATE it when someone spells it with one "D." Feels naked."
