We actually read every name in the name book until we got to Tanner. We both stopped and repeated it and absolutely loved it. I hear the name sometimes now and I feel lilek we own the name. All the people that I've heard of with this name are all boys. So, I don't really like it. But, when I tell people my name, their all like, "Oh my gosh! I love your name!'. My fifth grade teacher called me 'Tana' and i was like: "There's a 'er' at the end of my name, not an 'uh'". Also, last year, in the seventh grade, my gym teacher was calling out lockers for boys. He said that girls would get their's the following day, so he called my name (apparently didn't know i was a girl). So i stood up and he was all like:"Sorry! Didn't know who you are."
