User Comments about the name Nathanial
Comment left Jul 22, 2008: "The traditional spelling sounds more like two christian names put together - Nathan and Niel." (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Jul 17, 2008: "Its quite intresting I had just found out I was pregnant and somehow already knew I was having my now 2month son and for some reason nathanial came into my mind. I'm Mexican American and nathanial is not at all a common name for my culture but there's something very pure about the name and I hope that my son appriates having the middle name" (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Jun 17, 2008: "I gave my son the middle name Nathanial, but the nurse told me that was a misspelling, they thot since I had a hard time with the birth and my pain medication was effecting me and I was making a mistake! NOT! Then my grandson was born, his first name is Nathanial. We all love it and he has no nick names, except for 'thanial man when he was a baby. Even the school and all his friends know NO nicknames! He is a very bright boy of 10 and is on the honor roll at school. I couldn/t have asked for a better grandson!" (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Apr 10, 2008: "I love the name nathanial and all the people who think it is a bad name don't like me." (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Jul 19, 2007: "We just had our first child and had a hard time coming up with a name. Nathanial just seemed to fit. We bumped heads with the spelling (ial vs iel) But I like ial. Hope he will too." (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Jul 16, 2007: "I'm due Oct.10th 2007 with a little boy. I wasn't sure what to name him til I found this name. It sounded just right. I'm very pleased. People in our family are already spelling it with an E instead of the Al, but thats ok - I love this name and the spelling! Lena" (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Sep 11, 2006: "Nathanial is my name.
People sometimes use an e instead even when the name has benn used correctly elsewhere.
I hate Nat and Nate, Natty is ok but prefer not. Thany is a nicer option. It is a uncommen christian disciple name and the nicest." (Report as inappropriate)
Comment left Jul 28, 2006: "For some reason everyone wants to call me Nathan. Teachers at school when reading the role called my name Nathan. This infuriated my mother to no end and to this day she still calls me by my complete name, Nathanial. (And don't get me started on why she chose that spelling. I still don't know why and am still explaining to others the difference in my spelling.)" (Report as inappropriate)
