We were worried he would think it was weird, so we gave him a "normal" middle name: Michael. I have met several people named Kaden since he was born in 1997, but I had no idea just how common this name is! I kept looking and found the spelling Kaden and liked that better than the others. Like I said it feels right; I think it's a good name. This was in 2001 and we had never heard the name & even googled it and it didn't come up. Kaden Alexander is his name and we love it. It is nice that there are some other Kadens out there!! Little did we know that throughout the years variations of it would become extremely popular. Kaden James is in Kindergarten now and there are a lot of Kaden's, Aiden's, Brayden's, Hayden,s and Jayden's spelled in any possible way you could think of. I loved his name then and still do but if you are looking for unique I'd find something else. We since have had a 2nd son and went way out there for his name and chose Bridger.
