He was born in the USA but we now live in Germany and it's a classic name that works well in many cultures and languages. He is tall and big for his age (was almost 11 lbs at birth!) and it is a sweet but masculine name. He was born on the Feast of John the Baptist, June 24th and Gabriel announced John's conception."
