We were told 27 times to abort him because he was going to have downsyndrom. Well I am goin to say this my son was born august 4th 7lb 6oz 21 inches long and healthy as can be. My caleb made it to his promised land. If anyone lived in Chicago August 4th 2008 at around 830pm a real bad storm hit us and the streets were flooding and alot of bad things were happening. My only explaination is that there was a war between heaven and hell because we trusted in GOD that our son was going to be born healthy. Trust in God not god's. There is only one true God. Call Him up, allow Him in. John 3:16.

We had other boy names suggested but with a last name of Smith or Jones, you need to come up with something a little off the beaten path. And frankly he looked like a Caleb. People assume it's spelled KALOB though and pronounce it that way. Our boy is devoted to God and quite precious. Hopefully he'll be strong and virtuous like the Caleb in the Scriptures too."
